(N) MAN KAT1 7t 6x6 FSB, Folding Float Bridge Center Section

The unfolded center section of the Bundeswehr FSB folding float bridge as a model in 1:160 scale for N gauge. The center sections form the roadway of the floating bridge; the MAN KAT1 7t 6x6 bridge transporter delivers them folded, sets them into the water at the bank and they unfold there. Fits well as a river crossing with tracked vehicles waiting on the bank or as a ferry on a lake on the N gauge layout.

The system includes the bridge transporter, ramp sections, center sections and M3 boats, so the bridge can be shown in both transport and deployed form. The 6x6 transporter takes either folded ramp or bridge sections or an M3 boat. Separate bridge and ramp sections can be plugged together and laid in the water on the layout; the empty trucks park alongside and the M3 boats sit in the water.

Ramp and bridge are sold separately.
