Description
The M3 boat of the FSB folding float bridge as a model in 1:160 scale for N gauge. These motor boats of the Bundeswehr engineers hold the bridge sections in position in the water and push ferry sections across the river; they are carried on the MAN KAT1 7t 6x6 bridge transporter. Great in the water next to a finished floating bridge or while ferrying across a wide river on the N gauge layout.
The system includes the bridge transporter, ramp sections, center sections and M3 boats, so the bridge can be shown in both transport and deployed form. The 6x6 transporter takes either folded ramp or bridge sections or an M3 boat. Separate bridge and ramp sections can be plugged together and laid in the water on the layout; the empty trucks park alongside and the M3 boats sit in the water.
