(N) BRDM-1

The model of the amphibious BRDM-1 scout car in 1:160 scale for N gauge, known in the NVA as the SPW-40P. It served from the late 1950s into the 1970s and had lowerable auxiliary wheels for crossing ditches. Fits well at a ford crossing a stream or in the vehicle park of an early NVA barracks on the N gauge layout.
