(Z) Excavator CAT (Active)

This model in 1:220 scale for Z gauge shows a CAT tracked excavator in active position, just as it works on the building site. Caterpillar from the USA is one of the largest manufacturers of construction machinery in the world, and its yellow excavators with the well known logo can be seen on building sites around the globe. Thanks to the tracked undercarriage the excavator stands firmly even on soft ground, while boom and bucket loosen the soil and load it onto waiting tippers. Fits well in a building pit in the city centre or at the working face of a gravel pit on the Z gauge layout.
