(TT) ZSU-23-4 Shilka (Active)

With its radar raised and the barrels elevated, this model shows the ZSU-23-4 Shilka anti-aircraft tank of the NVA in 1:120 scale for TT gauge in active position. Its four 23 mm autocannons sit together with the fire control radar in a large, flat turret, so the vehicle could find targets on its own. From the 1960s the Shilka was part of the NVA air defence and accompanied the tank units on the move. It is named after the Shilka river. A good fit in a convoy through a village or in an air defence position at the edge of a field on the TT gauge layout.
