Description

The model of a river pontoon of the PMP pontoon bridge system in 1:120 scale for TT gauge, unfolded in the water. Many of these elements were joined into a floating bridge that could carry heavy tracked vehicles. The PMP served with the NVA from the 1960s. Fits well as part of a pontoon bridge across a wide river or as a ferry during an engineer exercise on the TT gauge layout.
