(N) ZIL-157, Tank Truck

The ZIL-157 as a tank truck, a model in 1:160 scale for N gauge. Built from 1958, the three-axle all-wheel drive truck was used by the NVA to carry fuel and water, and thanks to its high ground clearance and tyre inflation system it also reached positions far from paved roads. Looks good at a refuelling point at the edge of a forest or next to a field kitchen in a field camp on the N gauge layout.
