The model of the Bergepanzer 1 M88 A1 G of the Bundeswehr in 1:160 scale for N gauge. The M88 joined the Bundeswehr in the 1960s as Bergepanzer 1; the A1 version with diesel engine followed from the late 1970s. With crane, winch and dozer blade it pulled stuck vehicles free and lifted engines and turrets during repairs. Fits well at a repair point in the forest or in the workshop yard of a barracks on the N gauge layout.
