(N) M113 Mortar Carrier (Active)

In 1:160 scale for N gauge, this model shows the M113 mortar carrier of the Bundeswehr in active position, just as it stands in position during deployment. The M113 was one of the most widely built armoured personnel carriers of the western world, and the Bundeswehr created numerous special vehicles on its basis. In the mortar carrier, the 120 mm mortar sits in the rear compartment and fires through the large roof hatch, so the crew can stay protected inside the vehicle. Great in a position behind a railway embankment or during an exercise on a military training area on the N gauge layout.
