(N) M109 A3G(A2) (Active)

This model shows the M109 A3G(A2) self propelled howitzer of the Bundeswehr in 1:160 scale for N gauge in active position, with the barrel raised as in the firing position. The A3G(A2) was one of the last upgrade stages of the M109 in the Bundeswehr and brought improved fire control among other things. For decades these tracked vehicles with their distinctive large turret were part of the armoured artillery scene, until the Panzerhaubitze 2000 replaced them. Great in a position at the edge of a military training area, together with ammunition vehicles, on the N gauge layout.
