Description
The model of the HEMTT M983 with the Patriot AN/MPQ-53 radar in 1:160 scale for N gauge shows the radar unit of the US Army Patriot system. Since the 1980s the radar has been used to acquire targets and guide the missiles. Fits well in an air defense position in a field with camouflage nets or during a move on heavy load wagons at the station on the N gauge layout.
