(N) Cheetah PRTL (Active)

With its search radar raised and the cannons elevated, this model shows the Cheetah PRTL in 1:160 scale for N gauge in active position. In Dutch, PRTL stands for Pantser Rups Tegen Luchtdoelen, a tracked armoured vehicle against air targets. The Cheetah is the Dutch version of the Gepard and differs mainly through a different radar system. With the Dutch army it protected the units against threats from the air for many years. An eye-catcher in an air defence position at the edge of the woods or in the vehicle park of a Dutch garrison on the N gauge layout.
